Founded by Drs. Tom Birong and Dave Severson, our group partners with small-town practices to bridge the gap between private practice and corporate dentistry. Our goal is to bring together the best of both worlds: the autonomy and patient focus of private practice, with the support, systems, and scalability of a high-performing organization. We are not your traditional DSO, we are a Dental Partnership Organization where our Doctors are the owners & partners of our practices!
