Appleton Dental Solutions

Help Us Build Something Special in Appleton, WI

What if you could design your dream dental practice — without the financial pressure or corporate rules?

That’s exactly what we’re doing in Appleton. We’re Dr. Tom and Dr. Dave — two dentists who’ve spent our careers building patient-first practices where teams are valued and doctors have a real voice. We’ve seen how great dentistry happens when people are empowered, and now we’re bringing that vision to Wisconsin.

We’re looking for a dentist who shares that same passion — someone who loves their patients, values their craft, and wants to grow something meaningful.
