Our dental practice is looking for a Front Office Assistant/ RDA to join our team!

We are conveniently located in the South Park area of San Diego, close to adorable restaurants and shops!

We are open to see patients on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 6, but you can work 32 to 40 hours a week depending on your needs.

Please note our office is taking every appropriate measure to keep our team members and patients safe with proper use of PPE including:

Safe Patient Check-in Process
Disposable Gowns
Goggles
N95 Masks

Face Shields
Latex Gloves
Nitrile Gloves
Respiratory Masks
Air Filters

Our ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience working in a dental practice, have a solid work ethic and knowledge of dental insurance.

Compensation Package

$23 - $25/ Per Hour (DOE)
Paid Holidays
Paid Vacation

Dental Office Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:

Scheduling new patients
Greeting patients
Presenting treatment estimates
Scheduling treatment
Maintaining the hygiene schedule
Maintain a productive schedule for both doctor and hygiene.
Manage all aspects of internal marketing such as asking for reviews and posting to social media

Cross Trained RDA will be ideal!
